Drop dictionary files here, or click to choose.
Plain word lists, hunspell .dic, and .gz of
either. Include the .aff next to a .dic and its
affix flags get translated into Harper's instead of dropped.
2 What Harper is missing
Every candidate is linted against a real Harper in all five dialects. This is the step that decides whether converting anything is worth it.
3 Tag the survivors
Flags are guessed from each word's shape. Graded against WordNet on 78,019 words the guess agrees 80% of the time, so expect to correct roughly one in five — that is what these controls are for. Fix a whole group at once, then override individual words.
4 Build the pack
Harper refuses to import a pack unless all four of these are present.
